Office Of The PCC
The Police and Crime Commissioner is supported by an Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC). This is led by the Chief Executive, Fraser Sampson, who is responsible for employing and managing the other staff as well as providing a monitoring role with regard to standards.
The team also includes Chief Finance Officer, Judith Heeley, who will advise the Commissioner on financial matters and the impact of any budget, spending and commissioning decisions.
Other staff provide specific support on key areas of business and carry out the administration of the office.
