Crime reports and criminal intelligence should NOT be posted on our social media platforms. There are a number of established channels for reporting crime and information. The Office of the West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner Twitter account has been set up to inform the public of news, events and activities of the West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner.
If you 'follow' us on Twitter we will NOT automatically follow you back. This is to deter the use of direct messaging. Being followed by us does not imply endorsement/partnership/collaboration of any kind.
Replies and contacting the Office of the West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner
We are unable to monitor Twitter round the clock. However, we will seek to answer all reasonable tweeted questions. Please be aware that due to the sensitive nature of our work, or other demands, it may not be possible to answer all questions.
