Victims Hubs

The PCC has worked with Victim Support and local organisations to provide drop in facilities. Main Offices are located in Shipley, Leeds and Wakefield with outreach venues available on a minimum of 2 days per week in Calderdale, Kirklees and Bradford City Centre.

Bradford District

Services offered:   Open to the public for drop in support, advice and information for victims and witnesses of all types of crime. They are also a hate crime reporting centre.

Address: Britannia House, 29 Bridge Street, Bradford BD1 1JN
Services offered: Outreach service which runs on a Tuesday afternoon and Thursday morning and is booked by appointment only. Victims can make an appointment to see a specially trained supporter by calling the Shipley Hub (details above). A convenient appointment will be arranged and victims needs will be assessed whether or not the crime has been reported to the police. Other services at Britannia House include support with Benefits, Council Tax and housing. Rooms available to book at request.

Calderdale District

Services offered: Outreach service which runs on a Tuesday afternoon and Thursday morning and is booked by appointment only. Victims can make an appointment to see a specially trained supporter by calling the Shipley Hub (details above). A convenient appointment will be arranged and victims needs will be assessed whether or not the crime has been reported to the police. Opening times: Drop in sessions 10.00am - 4.00pm Mondays and Wednesdays. Room available to book Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Services offered:  Victim Support's Leeds Team offer support to all victims who have been impacted by a crime. They offer a range of services including face to face and practical support. Other services within Merrion House include: Leeds Housing Options, Leeds Benefits Service, Leeds Registrars Service, Leeds City Credit Union, Leeds Job Shop, Volunteer Centre.
