Your Police and Crime Commissioner holding public surgery in Halifax Town Centre on 31st July (13 Jul 2015)

This is your opportunity to discuss your policing and crime issues with the man who oversees policing across the county. Mark Burns-Williamson, the Police and Crime Commissioner for West Yorkshire will be in Halifax Town Centre on Friday, 31st July and wants to hear from you.

The surgery will take place between 3pm and 5.30pm. Anyone wanting to speak to the commissioner is asked to book in advance to ensure they are allocated a 15 minute appointment.

Mark Burns-Williamson said: "I was elected to represent the views of the public and ensure that West Yorkshire Police are delivering an effective service to the people of the county.

"I hold regular surgeries as I believe it's vital to hear from and understand the needs and concerns of local people.

"If you have any concerns or problems regarding policing and crime matters, please come and speak to me. I want to hear your views."
