You can view them online at www.westyorkshire-pcc.gov.uk. You can also see a copy of them at Wakefield One, Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1 2DD (Tel: 01924 294000) during the same period on weekdays between 9.00am and 4.00pm. You can make copies and see supporting documents including books, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts.

From Wednesday, 12th August 2015, until the completion of the audit, local government electors and their representatives can ask the appointed auditor questions about the accounts or make objections to them. The Audit Commission Act 1998 says that objections can be made because -
a) an item is unlawful, or b) something has been omitted (unless the Secretary of State has approved the omission), or c) there is a loss or deficiency because of someone's wilful misconduct, or d) it is in the public interest that something should be considered by the Police and Crime Commissioner for West Yorkshire or the Chief Constable of West Yorkshire Police or brought to the attention of the public.

If you want to ask questions or object to the accounts, you can contact the engagement lead, John Prentice, KPMG LLP, Neville Street, 1 The Embankment, Leeds, LS1 4DW. This must be in writing and must clearly set out the grounds on which you are objecting. You must also send a copy to the Treasurer, Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for West Yorkshire, Ploughland House, 62 George Street, Wakefield, WF1 1DL.

This is a statutory notice as required by regulations 10 and 24 of the Accounts and Audit (England) Regulations 2011.
